Applicable Rates & Taxes:

GST:
• 5% on Sale Consideration
• 18% on Maintenance Charges and Legal &Documentation Charges
Note: The above GST/Taxes are subject to change as per the rules/laws from time to time.

Payment & Other Terms:
• Initial Booking Advance is ₹ 5,00,000 plus GST= ₹ 5,25,000/-
• 20% of sale consideration in 30 days of which 10% of sale consideration in 15 days from the date of token advance.
• Balance payment shall be paid as per work progress &payment schedule mentioned in the agreement of sale.
• The payment should be made by way of account payee cheque/Demand Draft favouring. • “Prosperiti Homes Pvt. Ltd.” payable at Hyderabad

Parking allocation
• 2 Car parking for 3 BHK flat
• Parking area near respective tower lift area of the respective tower or nearby towers will be allocated. •
Car parking allocation in Basement I/Basement II/Podium I/Podium II is Subject to availability on the date of allotment and car parking charges will be applicable as mentioned above.

Note: Al other terms and conditions shall be applicable as per the Application Form/Agreement of Sale.
